Founded in 1994, the company started its commercial production in June 1996. PT. Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo's plant is located at northern hemisphere of Java Island, about 40 km from city of Surabaya, Indonesia. With 82,300 MT capacity of liquid and 12,700 MT capacity of powder, it serves world wide market especially to Japan.
R&D MANAGER
Job Description :
Create annual work plan trial in R&D in relation with process production sorbitol liquid, sorbitol powder and development product
- Searching, evaluate and create planning trial related with new sub material as substitute the existing sub material
- Budgeting in efficient and effective way for support R&D trial and development new product and solve production problem related with quantity and quality
- Implement other duties given by Plant GM associated interest or the company’s goals
Requirements:
- Age maximal 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
- 5 years of experience in same position at sugar or sorbitol industry
- Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Have good understanding in ISO 9001, FSSC22000
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Initiative
- Willingness and ability to work under target
- Responsible, honest and loyal
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and networking skills
- Excellent Leadership skills, able to coach, guide and motivate subordinate
